To use the Philips, Zoom® whitening kit at home, insert a drop of bleaching gel into your mouth tray with a syringe. The gel will cause the tray to move away from your gum line. There are two choices for at-home teeth whitening kits.

The Day white and Nite white have a very different dosage of bleaching agent and are worn for a set amount of time. When using the day white kit, you add the whitening gel once a day for two weeks, leaving the tray on for 30 minutes before rinsing your mouth with Lukewarm water, cleaning your teeth with warm water, and rinsing your trays with cold water. You should keep the tray on overnight for two weeks with the night white pack, which has a lower bleach dosage, to have visible effects. After removing your tray, clean your mouth with Lukewarm water, wash your teeth, and rinse your trays with cold water.
